Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to manage various loan types, including FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, Reverse, and USDA loans. The ideal candidate will efficiently process loan applications while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and authenticate loan application documents.
• Analyze borrower financial data.
• Request and assess credit reports.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to lending regulations and internal guidelines.
• Timely processing of loans to meet closing deadlines.
• Clear conditions and submit loans for quality control and underwriting review.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Docusign, and Adobe Software.
• Expertise in processing FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, Reverse, and USDA loans.
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mortgage software systems such as Calyx and other loan software.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Docusign products.
• Flexibility in office functions.
