A company is looking for a Loan Processor II.
Key Responsibilities…
• Act as the main contact for non-licensed activities once the loan is submitted
• Monitor and resolve issues that could impact timely loan closure
• Review documentation integrity, compliance, and submit loan files for underwriting approval
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred college courses in related fields
• Minimum of two years’ experience processing conventional loans, with at least one year in FHA or VA loans
• Detailed knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and guidelines
• Familiarity with conventional and FHA/VA loan guidelines and documentation
• Prior experience using internal data entry systems and software programs
